BPS Malang Regency has formed a ZI work team in 6 pillars, involving all employees.

We are working together to internalize change.

The 6 Pillars of Change include:

- Pillar 1 : Change Management

- Pillar 2: Governance Arrangement

- Pillar 3 : HR Management

- Pillar 4: Strengthening Accountability

- Pillar 5: Strengthening Supervision

- Pillar 6 : Public Service

In addition, to maintain and increase work motivation, as well as maintain employee harmonization, various activities involving all employees are held with the spirit of togetherness.
