Public Perception of the Quality of BPS Services in Malang Regency Quarter 3 of 2024

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has conducted a regular Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims to get the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services.

In the 3rd quarter of 2024 (July-September), the Service Quality Perception Index (kemenpan method) which reflects the quality of services provided by BPS Malang Regency as a public service provider of 97.50 is in the Very Good category.
Meanwhile, the Anti-Corruption Perception Index, which is a consumer's perception and assessment of anti-corruption behavior in the Integrated Statistical Service (PST) of BPS Malang Regency, is 99.25 (Very Good Category).

The results of the SKM for the 3rd quarter of 2024 are a manifestation of Clean and Accountable Public Services and a form of BPS Malang Regency's commitment to realizing excellent service.
