BPS Malang Regency organizes Integrated Statistical Services (PST) in order to provide excellent service in providing quality statistics.
The results of the First Quarter Data Requirements Survey (SKD) in 2024 show that the public's perception of the quality of service at BPS Malang Regency is classified as "Very Good".
The Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) at BPS Malang Regency received a score of 95.21. This index reflects the quality of services provided by BPS Malang Regency as a public service provider.
The Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) at BPS Malang Regency received a score of 97.94. This index describes consumer perceptions and assessments of anti-corruption behavior in the BPS Malang Regency Integrated Statistics Service (PST).
