Public Perception of the Quality of BPS Malang Regency Services Quarter 2

The 2024 Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey that has to obtain data consumer perceptions of service quality and BPS data quality, as well as the identification of consumer data needs.

The results of the Data Needs Survey (SKD) Quarter II in 2024 show that the public's perception of the quality of service at BPS Malang Regency is classified as "Very Good".

The Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) at BPS Malang Regency received a score of 95.28. This index reflects the quality of services provided by BPS Malang Regency as a public service provider.
The Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) at BPS Malang Regency received a score of 98.00. This index describes consumer perceptions and assessments of anti-corruption behavior in the Integrated Statistical Service (PST) of BPS Malang Regency.
The Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) in BPS Malang Regency received a score of 94.93. This index describes the level of consumer satisfaction in receiving services at the Integrated Statistical Service (PST) BPS Malang Regency in the Very Good category.

The release of the results of the SKD Quarter 2 2024 is a manifestation of Clean and Accountable Public Services and a form of effort and commitment for BPS Malang Regency to continue to improve the quality of services to all data users.
