Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. Respondents to SKD 2024 are consumers who have received services from the BPS Malang Regency Service Unit from 2024. In general, the aim of implementing SKD 2024 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers as support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. SKD 2024 results are presented in the form of a publication containing a descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data requirements, and consumer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK), the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK), and the percentage of consumers who are satisfied with the service and quality of BPS data. The scope of analysis of the 2024 SKD results is PST BPS Malang Regency.
