Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Malang Regency 2023

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. Respondents in SKD 2023 are consumers who receive services from the Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit of BPS Malang Regency.The purpose of implementing SKD in general is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as supporting material for improving the quality of data and statistical information, as well as providing good service.The results of the 2023 SKD are presented in the form of publications containing descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, knowing the type of data needed by consumers, providing recommendations for service improvements in the PST unit, knowing the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of BPS data and services, knowing the achievement of BPS Key Performance Indicators (IKU) and knowing the value of anti-corruption perceptions of BPS services.Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. The scope of analysis of the 2023 SKD results is the PST of BPS Malang Regency.
