The results of the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) show the quality of BPS PST services. According to the results of the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) which was integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD) in the Integrated Statistics Service (PST) of BPS Malang Regency in the First Quarter of 2025, it shows that the Service Quality Perception Index (IPKP) using the KemenPANRB method is 3.81 (Very Good). In addition, the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) was also produced using the KemenPANRB method which showed the IPAK value of BPS PST Malang Regency of 3.92 (Very Good). BPS Malang Regency continues to improve and is committed to providing the best service for data users for better service in achieving PRIMA Service.
