Destruction of Used Financial Records and Questionnaires

Thursday, 20 June 2024 Head of the General Subdivision of BPS Malang Regency, Yuni Sulistyorini together with the general team destroyed used financial archives and questionnaires. Archives are destroyed by enumeration.

Destruction of archives is one way to reduce the number of archives so as to create efficiency and effectiveness in the administration of archives in the agency. BPS Malang Regency routinely destroys archives that have been declared to be destroyed according to the archive retention schedule.
