The Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the public service providers that provides statistical data and information, always strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has routinely conducted a Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) which is included in the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims to obtain the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS service data.
In 2024, the Anti-Corruption Perception Index, which is the perception and assessment of consumers towards anti-corruption behavior in the Integrated Statistics Service (PST) of BPS Malang Regency, was 98.39 (Very Good Category).
Meanwhile, the Consumer Satisfaction Index, which reflects the quality of service provided by BPS Malang Regency as a public service provider, was 96.28 in the Very Good category.
The results of the 2024 SKM are a transition from Clean and Accountable Public Services and a form of BPS Malang Regency's commitment to realizing excellent service.
