VHTS Survey Officer Briefing 2024

On Friday, March 1, 2024, BPS Malang Regency held a briefing for the 2024 Monthly Accommodation Service Provider Survey (VHTS). The activity was carried out online and was attended by 17 PCL and 4 PML. In 2024, there will be a change in data collection mode from the original Paper and Pencil Interviewing (PAPI) to Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) with the FLUENT application.

The purpose of the VHTS Survey to obtain indicators includes hotel room occupancy rate (TPK) data, used room night data, data on the number of guests staying, and the average length of guest stay.

With this briefing, it is hoped that all officers can understand the concepts and definitions and be able to conduct data collection using the FASIH application.
